Return Policy 


We wish for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase at For any reason, if you are not happy or dissatisfied with the order, you have the option to return it within 3  days from the date of delivery. 

For Example, your order is shipped on the 1st of the month, you have the option to return and provide us return shipment tracking number by the 4th  of the month.

No returns are accepted after3 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be in unused and in original condition, no sign of wear and tear or damage. We gladly accept returned items that are free of scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.

Please call or email us using details on Contact Us page for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending any return. Once approved, you will receive an email containing your RMA#, along with packaging and shipping instructions.

The buyer pays for the return shipping/postage. Return shipping must have a tracking number so that we can track the return shipment. Once returned items are shipped, either call or email us using details on Contact Us page and let us know the return shipment tracking#. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. reserves all rights to refund full or partial order amounts based on inspection of returned items. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment method used in the original purchase.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.
