Return Policy 

 

We wish for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase at FairPurchase.com. For any reason if you are not happy or dissatisfied with the order, you have option to return it within Ten (10) days from the date of shipment. Date of shipment is day 0.

For Example: your order is shipped on 1st of the month, you have option to return and provide us return shipment tracking number by 10th of the month.

No returns are accepted after 7 days from the date of shipment

Returned items must be in unused and in original condition, no sign of wear and tear or damage. We gladly accept returned items that are free of scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

Please call or email us using details on Contact Us page for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending any return. Once approved, you will receive an email containing your RMA#, along with packaging and shipping instructions.

Buyer pays for the return shipping/postage. Return shipping must have tracking number so that we can track return shipment. Once returned items are shipped, either call or email us using details on Contact Us page and let us know return shipment tracking#. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after returned item(s) have been received and inspected. FairPurchase.com reserves all rights to refund full or partial order amount based on inspection of returned items. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment method used in the original purchase.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.
